Toyota OEM or Brembo blanks ...my $ .02

I ran 3 pair of oem pads installed on my original rotors
    without ever resurfacing them...
zero warping and wouldn't be worried to run another pair of pads on them.

stay away from cheaply made chinese rotors
and don't use metallic or semi-met. (cheap) pads.
I'd also recommend disregarding slotted and drilled rotors.

IMO... pads should be changed out regularly at 75-80% consumed

Well seeing how about 80%+ of your stopping force is in the front (spend more time going forward than backwards) & if your rotor is warped you need to mic it out & see where you are in the specs, if the warp isn't too bad & the thickness is within specs to turn them , I don't see a problem nor have I had one with rotors I've done, but damn to go thru pads that quick you either drive with your foot on the brakes (not likely) or maybe you have some caliper pistons starting to seize on you & they're riding heavy on the rotors, maybe not enough to pull to left or right but constantly riding the rotors all the same..

I just went with Toyota rotors and pads from Camelback... I have 115K on my truck and those last pads and rotors lasted forever. Pay a little more for parts and they will pay themselves off in time on wasted labor.

Ok, I just finished reading the tundra brake upgrade and it looks awesome. I am seriously thinking about doing this. I just have to do my rear brakes first then on to my front.

Not an expert here, but on my Subaru performance forum, "warping" rotors is almost considered a myth. The culprit is supposedly uneven pad deposits on the rotors. May be fixed by proper bed-in of the pads.
