Doing some wiring stuff on my truck and noticed previous owner added a quick splice. I need help identifying what it is.
Location: drivers side fuse box area.
Tapped into white wire. His new wire runs up into steering column.IMG_20170920_151608.jpg IMG_20170920_151614.jpg IMG_20170920_151608.jpg IMG_20170920_151614.jpg

If that white wire has a black stripe, then it's a ground wire for something. Alarm system or remote start would be guesses. Follow the wire and see what kind of box it goes to.
