I’m a bit confused . You’re saying that I can upgrade that 5amp fuse to a 10amp without any issues? As long as they don’t go over 20amps?

Back to fuse rating. That's what I originally thought. SS3 pro's needed a fuse between 10a and 20a and the auxbeam didn't have a 15a.

Appears you could swap the 10amp fuses for 15a, but I haven't had any issues leaving them the 20a fuse.

What I meant is, can I swap out that 5 amp for or upgrade it to a 10 without having issues with the box later? So basically eliminating having 5 am fuses in the buss box all together

I would think that you have 2, +12vdc wires, one for the main light and one for the backlight & two grounds for each circuit. I'm surprised your lights didn't come with instructions.

Get a 9v battery out of your smoke detector and go back and forth testing each wire of your SS3s on the positive side of the little nine volt against another wire that is on the negative terminal.

They're LEDs so you will not hurt anything if the polarity is reversed, the diode will just not light up since current can only travel one way through it. Once you see the backlight emit light note which color is on the pos and which is on negative. Then repeat the process for your main light. Keep it simple my guy, they are lights. All they need is positive and negative voltage on the correct wires to work. You can then get fancy and wire in relays or switch panels to control when they come on and go off.

Any of the fuses in the first yellow row can be upgraded or swapped up to 20a fuses. (5a, 10a, 15a, 20a)

Cool. Just did this. There was a 15amp fuse under the fuse cover.

Where did you get that tray to mount the auxbeam to?

Amazon. There are two companies that sell it. It’s around 70 bucks though. Kinda pricey.

    Correct.

I have also always used the X .8 method when picking my circuit breaker.

add up all your amp draws multiple them by .8 and that’s the size breaker needed.

In your directions using the White Wire you can turn up the Brightness of the Panel.

Is there no Short White Wire? On the Older Models there was a Short White Wire to tap on a 12+. Each time you would tap it it gave you a choice of 5 level of Brightness.

Mine gets brighter but it’s automatic.
Btw what should I upgrade my fuse to? Doubt I’m gonna use all the slots on the panel but, you never know?

Read through the Directions, Right next to the Single Red Wire is where the Short White Wire goes.

I installed a set of DD SS3 Sport fog lights (no backlight) to the factory harness. I want to connect them to my Auxbeam switch panel. Can anyone tell me which wiring harness I need and where to purchase from? Thanks in advance.

You don't need a wiring harness. Just some crimping tools, and some wire extensions! Do you have the pigtails that came with the DD SS3s?

Thanks for the quick reply. I connected the two short ones to the factory harness. I have the other two left in the box.

Why not just leave them on your factory switch?
