I tried emailing toyteclifts and never got a response! i have the TSB AAL done on my 2007 tacoma and i wanna do the 1.5inch add a leaf lift from toytec. my question is will i need to get the u-bolt from toytec or will the u-bolts i have now be long enough for the set up?

I checked a pic I took after I got my TSB done. It doesn't look like the existing u-bolts are long enough.

Also, I think I read somewhere on here that if you take out the u-bolts that you should replace and not reuse them. :notsure:

I thought the TSB was essentially an AAL, not a replacement leaf. Shows what I know. I did add a leaf in mine to raise it up and this essentially negated any need to do the TSB - unless of course I'm misunderstanding something.

All-Pro sells a U-bolt flip kit that provides better protection. May want to swap it in while you are at it: http://www.allprooffroad.com/05tacomarearsuspension/05flipkit

IMO it's cheap insurance to replace fasteners with new ones when you work on suspension parts. The bolts pick up plenty of road grime and salt, so they can corrode pretty fast. Failures can be hazardous.

The TSB is indeed a entirely new leaf pack.
