They would have to prove the lift caused the headlight issue...So you should be all set!!

    HAWAII
    Vehicle:
    4x4 Beast!
6" Fabtech Stage II, 17x9" Centerline Eclipse rims, with 12.5x35x17" BFG KM2's. On board air system,Toyota skid plate, spidertrax wheel spacers, TRD CAI w/AFE ProDry filter (21-90045),Flowmaster Dual exhaust, GrillCraft grill w/custom emblem, Custom Shifter, BushWacker fender flares, Hood struts, Underhood lights, TW driveshaft, Wet Okole seat covers, Dashlight mod, Many other little things to make the truck complete!
More then likely they won't notice the leveling kit. But they would need to prove that any modification you did to your truck contributed to the warranty issue. (Should one arise)

As for the lights melting they'll more then likely say it's normal. All the Tacoma's eventually end up melting the lens. If you push the issue they may change them out.
If they do you may want to change the bulbs to LED's so they don't melt it again.
    G/L!!
