    I am having a problem with my 96 Tacoma, automatic transmission. It won't start unless I move or hit the shifter handle. Also, when I shift into reverse, the AC and radio goes on & off.

    Generally, this would indicate a failing Neutral Safety Switch though I'm not sure why it would mess with your AC and radio. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
