So I bought a 97 tacoma with a 2.7 that spun the #4 rod bearing. So I bought all new lower end parts i am at the point of needing to clean the motor from metal shavings

It's tore down to the block except the balance cam shafts , I have lil to no money. How do I clean the motor / oil ports of metal shavings ? Any info is greatly appreciated

Pics are where I'm at now,
N as you can see the oil pan has quite a few shavings.

    I've already had crank turned

    Thanks for your time

Pressure washer will work fine. Make sure it is fully dry and then you can use compressed air. I had a similar problem, with less oil shavings when my oil pump came apart. I tore it down, pressure washed it and let it dry. Then I used compressed air and finally put some motor oil (new) all over the bottom end to make sure it wouldn't rust. Took about 4 hours (75 degree day in February).

Yup, had to wait to reply until I was on break. :D
Purple power is great for soaking for a few and then pressure washing off, but my favorite method is gas or kerosene bath. Let it soak for a day, (longer the better, just speaking of the dirt and grime, although block looks pretty clean overall) and then rinse it out. Gas is good, but it evaporates quicker. And kerosene is oilier, so it actually kinda helps to lube the parts and keep em from flash rusting.

But in reference to just the metal shavings, blasting em out with air is usually good.

since you had the crank turned at a shop, did you ask what they'd charge for boiling out the block, might do it very reasonable since you did some business with them already
