2002 taco changed driver side door handle. Now windows work perfectly.
Electric locks only the passenger works. Drivers side works sometimes? Key fob works every time? I even bought a OEM driver side master controllers? Thank you.
It tries but just doesn’t do it sometimes?

Does the electric door lock activate all the time or only sometimes?
If it always activates, I would check for looseness in the linkage between the actuator and the door lock mechanism.

Thank you it does try every time it just seems to catch on something and when I use the key to unlock it or lock it it like it catches. There’s some kind of catch there

I would pull the door panel off and have a look at the linkage to/from the lock mechanism. See if any rods are loose when you push them towards and away from the door jamp. Maybe something is preventing them from moving all the way???
