I recently bedlined my bed with herculiner and had some left over so I decided to do the bottom foot or so of my rocker panels but it came out like complete shit, the first coat was smooth then the second one I put on and checked on it for an hour or so after it was put on but then this morning I went to check on it and it all ran down the side of my truck there are huge noticable runs.
Is this possible to sand and put another layer on after it's completely dry or what should I do ? help please!

I'm sure it is. I bet a call to Herculiner would yield the best and quickest answers for you, though.

If you can, post some pics.
When I did my rocker panels I had to do a bunch of coats to make it look good. You may just need a few extra coats depending on the severity

When I did my bed I got a few runs. I just used a razor blade to cut the drips off and make them flat then applied another coat over it.

For best results use a popcorn texture gun and spray that shit on.
