the sand is crazy, super restrictive, takes away all your spring
    increases explosion
when you do it on the sand, it feels real easy on road or gym floor
    pretty crappy but beneficial

i loved everything about training. after work i would go train for about 3 hours monday-friday. then teach beginners 2 days out of the week. go to the gym 3 days out of the week. then open mat 1 day out of the week. then enjoy a different lady almost every night.
