Here we go again... Possible drive shaft/transmission squeak (video)

So after waiting for over a month and calling to see if the parts were ever in, I was finally able to reach someone on Friday and they said the parts were sent back because I never came in. I told them I left voicemail's every few days but no one ever returned my call.

Took the truck in yesterday, got it back just now and they said they have to order more parts. They replaced the heat-shield and apparently still making the noise. I haven't had a chance to hear it yet but I will find out when I get home.

Have to take the truck back in on Monday so they can install whatever parts they ordered.

 

Have them check the passenger side front body mount . It's not ujoints either.
