Getting ready to order my lift but needed to do some prep work so the job will be a little easier.

After two years of it just sitting in the garage after moving I finally installed:

Then I installed the Hose Reel...

and my neighbor who's an electrician came over and installed the 220 power outlet for me!

I'm soooo excited to have my air tools again!!! :bananadance:

I still need to plumb an air hose from the compressor over to the hose reel but that should be pretty quick. I can't wait!

Thanks for letting me share my excitement!!!:woot:

Very nice. Reminds me that I should really install a pair of overhead reels (one on each side of the garage.) Dragging a single long hose all over the place is a PITA, especially when two people are working on the car and passing the same hose back and forth.

Agreed! I T'd my line coming out of the compressor so anyone helping me can us the static line and I'll keep control of the hose reel. I had my car banged up a long time ago because someone tripped over a hose reel line and then it retracted all the hose which banged the air wrench against my car and put a huge chip in the paint.

Thanks for the comments everyone....I can't wait to put it to use now!
