2008 Tacoma-208000 miles. Changed plugs, Wore out!! Put coil packs back on, took a drive an noticed a stuttering/ hesitation? Not all the time, once truck reached normal operating temp, seem to go away.
Once every 2-3 second, then nothing for a minute or more? No CEL's- checked codes-nothing !
Thought maybe connectors was not seat-no problem there! Took 30 miles round trip tonite, nothing to the store, then did it a couple times on the way back. Help?? TIA

What kind of plugs did you go with? OE Denso or NGK copper plugs are highly reccomended as some people have reported issues using platinum or iridium plugs in the 4.0.
It's also possible there was a piece of trash or something between the electrodes of one of the new plugs and it worked it's way out.

OEM Denso plugs are what I put in. Checked all for proper gap before install. Could a coil be acting up? Will pull them out this weekend to check. Thanks

That is a possibility but until it throws a code unless you have a scanner that can read missfire data you won't know what cylinder to look at.

A cracked plug will cause a miss and can get better when warm
