2000 Prerunner with 81k on it. It has hesitation/stuttering feeling between 50 and 60 mph. I've changed plugs and gapped them at .030. Any other insight into problem would be appreciated. Thanks

What is your throttle position when this happens? Just lightly touching it to maintain? Or pushing it through the carpet trying to pass? Any check engine light on?

Holding throttle steady at 55, just under 2,000 on tach. No CEL is on.

Had something similar 2 years ago. Ended up being the coil packs, so I had all 4 replaced.
