Hesitation/Miss when taking off

1996 Green Tacoma 4x4 2.7L

I have a 1996 Toyota Tacoma 2.7L 4wd A/T.
Ive got an issue with hesitation/miss when taking of, using happens less than 2000 rpms. Once your going down the road, the truck does good. But horrible when starting to accelerate. Also getting a. P0172 code. Below is what i have changed or checked:

Spark plugs and Wires
Distributor
Fuel injectors
Vacuum Leaks(did change some houses that were bad)
TPS ( Did use multimeter to check resistance)
Checked VSV valve
Cleaned throttle body
Cleaned MAF
Check IAT sensor
Took fuel rail back off and made sure no leaks around the injector seals

I may have done more, but can't think at the moment. Any other tips or tricks, I'd greatly appreciate it.
