Broken and scratched tailgate, cracked rear tail light lens, coffee stain in driver seat.
I have the same issue, I sea foamed my truck a month ago, and changed plugs back in August. I am thinking fuel filter or an injector.

Gray wire, Some lights in the bed area, and some character marks throughout.
I have always done it 1/3 to the lines rest to the tank.

Drivers side all the way in the back of the engine bay you will see two hoses. Pull the top one and slowly pour, the suction will be more than enough to keep any from spilling if you go slow.

My dad just had to replace an injector in his 5vz, I would hope your injector wouldn't be that bad. Good luck man.

okay I will give that a try and see what happens. I will also do the fuel filter cause it has never been done.
