I have an 02 tacoma 3.4L 195000 miles. And have a slight stutter or hesitation when starting off. It's been like this for awhile I've done everything under the sun, plugs, wires, coils, fuel filter, timing belt, crank and cam sensors, still have hiccup..... any suggestions?????

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
I would guess your not getting any codes ?

    Auto or manual?

Does this happen with no load on the engine? Not in gear?

Does the RPM raise before the truck moves?

I am sure Air filter was just missed

    Ever Cleaned the throttle body?

Throttle linkage out of adjustment? Cracked Firewall?

might be time for a NEW Mass Air flow Sensor maybe, get scanned and check codes. My MAF sensor went out this week, got the code at Autozone, got new MAF sensor and changed in there lot ! Rus great again now, was hesitation and stall and loss of power internmittingly before that !
