Actually, I am not sure at this point in time if you mean the make up of the current SCOTUS. But It will be interesting to see how this decision plays out in California which has some of the most anti gun laws in all 50 States. I have no doubt that if this decision is appealed with California will be among the states to file an appeal with the U.S. Supreme Court, however, due to the current make up of the High Court it would not be surprising if the justices refuse to hear an appeal on this matter. I have been watching this and the 9th was their best hope in this case from Hawaii.Maybe the Russians infiltrated the 9th Circuit, huh progs? Mueller should look into it.The Second Amendment guarantees the right to bear arms and I think this is what they ruled on in the case..but still makes you think the 9th was at a bake In, and got stoned before sitting in on their decision to obey the Constitution...never the less.
