Morning all......I have battled a sore throat for 3 days.....I have lost the battle - now full on sick. luckily i was good for xmas and hoping to be on the mend by new years......glass half full i guess.

Thanks Nuno....it was only a matter of time. EVERYONE was sick, especially at work.

I honestly have not asked but she is playing it CONSTANTLY so I assume it is good

I also used to be more into powerlifting, but now at 38 my body has decided to fail at times. I also used to hit the local gym every day at 4am but now I just go downstairs as well or to the gym on the Pratt & Whitney campus. It is a fully stocked gym that is free and onsite, I am very fortunate to have that access!





And nuts to this rain!! I was supposed to head up to VT yesterday for new years but with all the rain up there, I am just figuring to stay home until later in the week since all I will do up there is watch TV which I can just do here.

I had a scratchy throat. Three weeks later I'm mostly over whatever it was. Mostly. Ended up hitting me in the lungs hard. Hope you just have a cold. I'm guessing i had the RSV. This thing hit me HARD & I really don't get sick other than a light Christmas cold every year for the last 30 years.

 

AAA did that to my Supra back in the day. I had the electronic dash - screwed up the stereo & pretty much everything but the speedo. AAA wouldn't own up, fortunately I crashed that car shortly after & was able to get it totalled. Problem solved.

Happy Friday eve already.

Rain a lot last night down here. The creek behind my house looks like a white water rafting river.

 

Yeah I think this is just a nasty cold. Its all congestion, can feel it in my face and ears. I usually follow your routine of one little cold a year, typically around the change of temps. My lungs etc seem fine and Im not coughing anything nasty up so thats good.

Man this rain is a downer lol. enough is enough already

Happy 4 day weekend for me.

Got the mouse car finished right before 5:00 yesterday. The valley was full of insulation/debris. There were 4 dead baby mice in the engine air box. The smell!
