    Morning all.....its another swampy day out there. Got some more work done on the wall yesterday. Rough plumbed the waterfall. No leaks so that's good. Turns out I made a 57.4 gal pond lol - used a water meter off Amazon you can attach to the garden hose.
    The slate is only temporary and the height of the wall is done. Now its just cleaning up the edges, finish backfilling with gravel......lots of gravel. I will clean up the base and then add plants!

    Happy Wednesday everyone. Made it through the first couple days at the new gig. Went into NYC yesterday to meet my new manager face to face and go through I9 verification. Long day, but lucky enough to have today off for a company holiday.

    Getting out for a run before it’s unbearable. And will probably spend most of the day at my dad’s so the kiddos can enjoy his pool.

    Very busy day today at work. Got home later than I wanted to. However was able to finish the top course, plus "countersink" the spillway. It's barely visible unless you're up really close or looking for it. I have to button up the edges on both sides, finish a few stones on the pond, then level the front and tidy all that up....then we plant!!!

    I did add $6 worth of feeder fish today. They are small comets that cost twenty cents a piece lol. I figured why not.
