I've never had it, but one of my cycling buddies has done it for his back (and maybe wrist also?) and it helped him. I think he'd be willing to share his experiences

Got a phone call today from Toyota. The center console part I ordered wont arrive until the end of the month, maybe later.
The tailgate handle will be here tomorrow and I'll pick it up on Friday along with some maintenance items.
My keyed tailgate handle is discolored, bad. Now I'm looking for a tailgate anti-theft device.

I have my VIN written inside my tailgate with a paint pen. I had seen ads for tailgates on Craigslist...obviously stolen.
With the VIN I'd be able to identify mine and hopefully send somebody to jail.

 

Occasional rain but at least the temps are up.



Ordering some stuff tomorrow so I can continue working on the truck. All of these mods/repairs have taken way too long. Of course as I look for parts I find other stuff that I want like the better sun visors with the little panel that you can pull out (eBay).

 

I have that one. I like it.

Nothing like logging off from work at 4:45pm with 0 unread emails, to then log back on at around 8:35am with 20+ new emails, half of which came in after 4:45pm.

 

You know you're getting old when "chairlift" stops being about skiing & instead is about getting up/down a flight of stairs. :-\

 

Have I mentioned before how much I fucking hate insurance companies??? LOL

Whatever I have going on is still going on... hasn't really gotten any better. My ortho place wanted to do an MRI. They put the request through, and insurance denied it.

Stupid insurance wants me to do PT first... makes no sense because I've done it before and clearly didn't help. And makes even less sense because clearly we have tried different things to "fix" the issue I have and nothing has worked, so why would PT work?????

And to add insult to injury...

PT place just called me back. First appointment available is not until the 26th.

I don't have any words for this right now.

 

So Saturday there are 16 States being Warned to stay out of the sun due the Extreme UV Level, It's going to be an 11+. That means the skin can burn within minutes from 10 a.m. till 4 p.m. Please Send!!!! Your Forecasted weather this way LOL.

 

Finally got the call/voicemail from the Toyota body shop regarding my white peeling paint issue. Bringing it Monday. I get a rental. That poor thing!

I got a call a few weeks ago from the dealership, but I ignored it. I thought it was the salesman for Corolla GR I test drove a bit ago.
