    Used the Fitbit to track the workout manually sort of speak. Didn't pick up steps or distance of course, but picked up what I needed to know and was looking for.

    I vote you eat a steak. The potato & stuff w/ it might be an issue though.

    (I have to fight to not lose weight, so I might see things a little differently) ;)

    I saw something somwhere not long ago, that beer a day might actually be good for you in some sort of way.

    I got into craft beer thanks for a friend of mine, so that's all I really drink. Tree House is right over the CT/MA line and they make some AMAZING stuff. The one here in town (Charter Oak) is OK... There's one in Ridgefield called Nod Hill, right on Route 7, that makes some great stuff as well.
