    Went up to the Big E last night. It was fun, felt like a usual amount of people for a Friday night. Lots of good (terrible) food and some good beer from the Hudson Valley Malt group. They always come with something different each year.

    Heading to the Durham fair tonight.

    I did my truck a year and a half ago with cosmoline rp-342...undercarriage still looks like it came from the dealer. From what i can see i'll be years before this stuff gets blasted off, or may need touching up. I can see why the military, plus european companies like bmw, and mercedes use it.

    Don't think I've talked about it here.
    Sold the Tundra on Monday. Getting the Taco into daily shape.
    Taco got new Bilsteins (4600) in the rear Saturday. New tires too. Did the same tires I had on the Tundra as I really liked them. Wildpeak AT3W's.
    Put the old Coopers on old rims as a spare set. Tread looks new, but they're old with zero grip. Of course when I got home Sat. night the front set of 4600's were sitting on the porch. Grrr. Also, last weekend had the clutch replaced. Much nicer.

    Have to treat the down under. May try the place in New Milford that treats with NH Oil Undercoating. They're 30 minutes vs. the other end of the state. Hope to have something else to drive so I can park the Taco in the garage for the winter, but... don't got nada yet.

    My 2001 tundra spare looked a lot worse in 19 years without any rust protection traveling from connecticut to up north every winter several times. I hit the spare wheel with cosmoline on both sides lightly this time for the tacoma, so we'll see how it works out down the road.
