I'd like to find any tracks in CT.

(sorry for the "tracks" term, I've been watching a lot of off road videos from Australia)

Taking a ride back to the dealer today to see if I can order a different dash harness part number.
The one I have is for a later build date (8/12-9/13) and I found out that date range also has a different ECM part number.
I now have a new part number with a build date of 3/12-8/12 and that range uses the same ECM part number as my truck.

It's all about what ECM is in the tuck. I should've done a little more research before ordering.

Just looked at a wiring diagram for a 2013 Tacoma and it has different ECM connectors so I'm on the right track.

Took the part numbers I have to Toyota.
The numbers I checked on all have been discontinued.

So I'm stuck using the harness I bought. In a way it's a plus because it has the newer radio connectors so I don't have to run any adapter harnesses.

I'll have to print out the EWD's I need and rewire two plugs for the ECM (all other connectors look to be the same).

I have burnt/cut wires and to fix them plus add the wires I need for the accessories I'm adding would have taking the same amount of time.
At least this way, I can do it from the comfort of my house and install the harness when it gets warmer.

Making connections are so much easier when you have the correct crimp tool.
