    Waiting on some items from Amazon. Door bell rings and I go to the door. Couple packages on the stairs and one of them is cut open.
    I ordered a set of hose clamp pliers and they are missing, the tape that was in the order is there but I think someone (my downstairs neighbor) swiped the pliers.
    When I get to the door, I hear his door close and the picture that Amazon sent me shows the package is outside. The door is locked so somebody brought them inside.

    (I live in an apartment)

    I'll wait until tomorrow and submit a claim.
