What happened to the dash that it would need to be replaced? Bear locked inside the car?

 

The material is separating from the dash in the center by the windshield.

I'd expect better. Guess is it was always parked facing south and adhesive got baked

 

First time I’ve seen it on any of our cars. It’s tan if that make a difference.

 

When I worked at a Honda dealer in the 80s a woman accidentally locked a raccoon in her car. It ate the seats, the shelf under the rear window and the rubber window weatherstripping. And the SMELL!!!

Yeah, pretty much what happened. She'd left takeout fried fish dinner leftovers in her car at work with the windows down. At night.

 

Im imagining that happening and playing that song from the clip. Classic raccoon move.

 

Question for you IT/more technologically savvy people.

How often should I clear the cache on my router? How do I do it? Been reading about it, and says there is a "reset button" I should press, and then restarting the router as well.

And does it really help the connection be quicker?

Looks like whole lotta leaf blowing at Casa de SpruceMica today.
Received a 3d printed gas cap holder from @jasonct in the mail yesterday and got it installed. Minor mod to go on a 2nd gen. For you 3rd gen guys it's a perfect fit and you should hit him up.

 

Finally tried again with my black climate controls wiring harness and got everything working right. Thanks Harry for all your help. Now to take the controls apart and see if I can insert orange tint film to make the lights orange to match the rest of my dash. Too bad it's not a simple bulb change like the older models. I know everyone likes the white lights better but I still prefer the orange dash, always have.

 

I "reset" my router once a week. The best way to do this is the pull the power cord from the modem and he router......count to 30, then plug them both back in.

 

Once a week?!

SHIET!!!!!!!!!! I think I've only done it twice in it's entire life. FAIL!

 

that is what i do but once a month is fine

 

I had an auto restart outlet on the one at work to save many headaches. Every morning it would cut power and restore it at the programmed time.
