    @Brownmatthall .
    Retired Phone tech here,
    Been there done that ,
    One of two things,
Wrong x connect on the RJ21X or position and jack is programmed incorrectly.

Somewhere in your location someone is getting your calls.

CALL you own phone number and find out who answers, no answer then OE or the LEN isnt programed or there isnt a phone plugged in there.

The phone your using works so a simple reprogramming should fix if.

On a new cutover there are a few problems so this is not a new problem

Last buyout was 2019 and I wasn't quite there yet.
    Doesn't look like one coming.
One way or another I'm done in April.
I'll be just shy of 40 years.
Full boat of 2022 and 2023 vacation to burn between now and then.
my counter on the computer sez 46 working days and 150 total days left. But who's counting? :humble:

We've got a new phone system. The phones are programmed, not the sockets. You can take them home, they'll still be who they are, regardless of where they are.
Likely, call your extension, figure out who/where they are, swap phones, plug your phone in at your desk, all fixed. Take it home & plug it in to your router & viola, you're at your desk - just at home. YMMV

    TOMB left SNET IN 1995.
Then it ended up as FRONTIER

My dad was in management with (as early as I remember) New England Telephone, this is about 1978. Ended up being AT&T at some time. He took a buyout in 1998, figured at 53 years old he'd have to work another 12 years to make what they were just handing him and said he'd be crazy to say no. Had a couple of other jobs and ended up doing 15 years at the MBTA here, retired almost 2 years ago with 2 pensions.

We don't even have phones anymore at work. Couple of years ago they got replaced with a phone app through MS Teams on our laptops. I still can't remember my new phone number. Have it taped to my laptop below the screen.

They got it all fixed, by noonish yesterday. At least I was able to grind a bunch of stuff out without getting bothered by phone calls.

Its a voip system so it was all on the tech side.
