Thanks! It was our first time up but I'm guessing with 2 buddies that moved up there and now her we'll be up way more often now! Whirlwind of a weekend, not even sure if it has even sunk in yet on me haha, damn thick skull! I did see the place you recommended but no available tables looked amazing!

God morning CT. Happy Tuesday.
Yesterday morning I went to put my truck in 4WD (I have a slight up hill leaving my house and wanted to keep tire spin to a minimum).
4WD didn't work. I temporarily put my radio/center dash back in so I could have some tunes. I think I may have left the 4WD switch unplugged. Time to fix that today.

On a side note, I'm just started working on a car that was at another shop for a no start. They put a starter in it and now it will start and shut off. They thought it was the immobilizer but that works.
It did start for me, so I drove it into my bay and the check engine light was on. The car stalled in my bay and now I'm having trouble starting it (no check engine light). I'll have to ask questions and see when these problems started.

The only diagnosis I was able to do was to see that the battery was no good. I'll install a new battery this morning and go from there. I'm thinking the ECM is not getting power.

 

Good guess on the ecm. Lot of gremlins pop up when there isn’t enough juice for today’s cars b

 

It’s a 2000 Lexus GS400, not sure about mileage.

Wow, even colder than me. I was around 15º or so. I must say the Tacoma's heater does a good job. I think this will be a good winter vehicle. Didn't need to use 4WD in yesterday's snow though, everything was plowed pretty well.

 

Glad that @HAVOC is installing my remote start Saturday. In the past I'd kept my car at my FIL for the winter. Now that it stays here my truck lives outside...looking forward to having a warm truck.

Same here. You’re gonna love it. I never had a remote start. And to think the plug an play is basically under the dash and not running wires to a solenoid or starter is a plus!!
