    I have TRD Sport stock wheels painted black with winter tires that I picked up a while back. And then have the stock TRD Sport wheels that came with the truck, with regular tires.

    Don't know jack about wheels and weight... Is that a lot?

    Your stock alloy wheels are about 26 lbs so the ones you're looking at are pretty much the same weight as stock

    My 17" wheels are 34 lbs each and I didn't notice any changes in performance.

    Factor in what you could sell your stock stuff for. You could tell your wife you need tires anyway...Then you sell your stock rims for ~$150-200. Offer the guy $300 for the rims. They are not too expensive new $119 each online

    He's selling rims, caps and spline (or whatever it's called) for $400. Said he'd take $350. I think I could probably sell my stock ones for a bit more than $150-$200, so as far as that I would make out, but that's hoping someone would buy my stock ones. Probably would sell them with the tires since I think I'd want bigger tires on the "new" rims than what the stockers are. Decisions, decisions, decisions.
