    That was one of the worst parts of flat rate. You're going on, risking life and limb and your vehicle to go to the dealer in a snowstorm knowing there wouldn't be any money to make.

    I’m the “new guy” so I’m hourly. I’ll be flat rate sometime in March.

    Yes and no. Depending on what you have now. I am on 285-70-17's with TRD Sport 3.73 gearing......it sucks and its a pig. If you have TRD Off Road 4.10 gearing....you will be fine

    I'm pretty sure I'm 3.90, I think manuals are either 4.10 or 4.30...4.10s would be real nice

    I thought 4 bangers and manuals got the 4.10 and everyone else got 3.73 for 2nd gen...? Have to look into this more. Might be a cheap regear option out there.

    Hopefully the old "In like a lion, pit like a lamb" story holds true. If we're not going to have a winter where me and the kids can do the winter stuff we like it might as well be warm and sunny boat weather. ;)
