    Big fan of the manual roof. Don’t mind the lack of trunk lid. Argon bottle fell on it. It’s getting repaired!

    The car I'm working on is not a manual roof, it stopped working when the trunk lid was about to latch.

    The reason why it's in that position now is that there is a procedure to manually open/close the roof when there is an issue. I needed to see why the package tray motor was giving me a code.

    Pricing question for y'all. I checked some more prices on 4Runner pro like the one I saw at the dealer today. I noticed that lots of Certified Preowned 3k-5k miles are costing more than a new model with all the same features and addons . Lots are going for $63000, but a brand new 4runner pro cost $58000. I noticed it with Tacomas too. Some Certified ones with 4000 miles are $44000 while a new one is $43000. What gives? o_O:confused:

    Youngest stayed home from school today...

    Threw up a couple times last night. Not sure if it was something she ate, being dehydrated from being outside and running around, or stomach bug (again).

    So far so good though. Hopefully it was just something she ate.

    Maybe I am a snob but I never liked convertibles with a back seat.

    I mean, I guess they are fine for parades with some D-list celeb sitting up on the rear shelf, but above 6mph give me two seats or give me a hardtop.
