Good morning CT. The week went by quick, didn't it?

 

At 5K a year I don't think I'm catching you... especially with me at 65 y.o.

 

My F'n'J has 24k.

 

I took my Taco to my mechanic last week. Told him "I think I hear belt slap when I turn on the a/c"
While he had it I had him change the oil, rotate tires & lube the drive line. Do something worth his while in case I was hearing things.
Fortunately he found the belt was loose. I like being in tune with my vehicle enough to know it needs something without even raising the hood.

 

Got my drivers license in the mail yesterday.

 

Now you can fly to Japan & take a factory tour! (of course I think the trucks are built in MX now, but still - gold star license!)

 

I'm thinking the compressor clutch has gone on permanent vacation

 

Hump day gents! I feel like this weekend just evaporated. Where did the time go?

I traded in my Crosstrek for the Tacoma. Overall not satisfied with Subaru

 

My truck was built in Texas.

 

I tried talking her into the wilderness edition, which is lifted, but she didnt like all the flashy exterior things included with it. Shes also pretty frugal, so hard sell.

I totally would though

 

Traded my wrx for my Tacoma. Loved it but it needed a clutch and some other things.

Now i drive like an old man.

Wife loved her old outback, and chose to stay with one for her new car.

 

These things work awesome when they work.

Mike Listen to your wife , things usually work out in thr future and you may get the extra key for it

Lol ,I’m 61 and been retired for 5 years . Not putting much mileage on either ! Truck is 2008 I purchased new .
