Oh boy.. My wife, son, daughter and I just got over a 3 week head and chest cold. One of the worst we have ever experienced.

Son just came down with pink eye. Cant wait to get that. Fkn a.

Hope he gets better soon, and that no one else gets that.

I was sick a few weeks back, 103+ fever, took the life out of me for a few days. Kiddo got sick the following week with coxsackie, almost missed my best friend's wedding because of it. Luckily we made it, then we get home and a few days later my wife gets Covid...

 

Did my first session of PT today.

Well... I was the youngest looking one there (getting treated), which makes me feel old and brittle already. LOL

My PT person did an assessment, told me what she though, what she was going to do to hopefully help and treat me, and gave me as series of exercises to do at home to also help.

Here's to hoping this all goes smoothly, and really does help.

 

Ain't about age, you're where you need to be. My wife has had wretched back issues for about 30 years now.

No amount of PT will "fix" something that's already damaged.

Kinda like putting that old STP in an engine to cure the rod knock.

 

From what the doc said based on the xrays they took when I went in to the walk in service, everything looks fine.

Said it's just a muscle thing.

 

Best case if it had to happen at all. You might recall wife had 2 discs replaced in 2021, still has the lower back ones but those could be crippling if done.

 

Played soccer tonight, and back felt good.

Was scared the whole time, but realized that the more scared and careful I was the worse it would be since I'm a goalie.

Technology is amazing. Working from the Subaru dealership using my phone as a hotspot. Brought the wifes car in for its first oil change. Would do it myself but they have a special this month for 60 dollar oil changes. Would cost me the same to do it myself.

They just built the building they are in now and I get to watch them as I work through this fancy window.
