    I hope everyone had a great holiday. I was able to visit with grandkids, brother, cousins took the Tacoma to both picnics being a holiday I don't ride the motorcycle on holidays with the crazy drivers to many accidents , my wife cant travel because of health issues so for her its cell pictures and phone calls.
    In the end it was a good time for all

    Soo a while back I got in on the Rago fab ditch light bracket and ditch light GB. I already had a light bar and pods going straight to the battery so I decided it was time to upgrade to an aux fuse box to clean up the wiring, plus 2 things going straight to the battery already drove me mad a 3rd was out of the ???? So 2 weekends ago I did the aux fuse box, I made my own bracket to mount everything to and I must say I'm pretty proud of how it came out. So then last weekend I finally installed the ditch lights and again wicked proud of how it came out. So now it's all complete except for a nice switch because the ones that come with the lights are always garbage.

    IMG_9878.jpg IMG_9877.jpg Had to do the front pads and rotors yesterday Nothing went right of course. Couldn't get the lugs off. Went to a friends shop with an impact and snapped a 1/2"to 3/8" adapter because he didn't have any 1/2" metric sockets. Kicking and swearing I got the first side off to realize I waited too long and gouged the rotors. Only made it worse to find out the set of EBC pads and rotors I had on standby in the garage were for a 5 lug taco, not my 6 lug wheels and 4 piston calipers. Fml. Of course they have been in the box in the garage about 2 years so way too late to return. Ended up with some no-name Levine auto pads and rotors, not thrilled I loved my EBC stage 5 kit that stopped like a champ!

    Anywho got it done. Now I have a set of 5 lug brakes kicking around. I think they were $350 new just looking to get them out of the garage. Anyone interested?

    Here's how my day started at 0115....

    Put maybe 100 miles on the brand new brake pads & rotors. I showed up at the station and they thought my truck had caught fire or blew a coolant line from all the smoke coming out.

    Gonna be a long day today!

    Good morning everyone. Happy Sunday.

    Back home. It was an interesting trip back. Almost didn't get on the airplane. Stupid Delta overbooked the flight and even though I was one of the first people to check in, I didn't have a seat for myself and my oldest. Wife and baby did. Luckily a couple volunteered to stay (with compensation of course), and that's how I got on.

    Lessons learned. JFK airport SUCKS, Delta SUCKS, and Lisbon airport SUCK. Don't think I'll be using any of these three anytime soon.
