No it's not. The seller used its as a storage building.
It would take a lot to insulate and heat that thing.

 

Would it be possible to adhere rigid foam insulation to the walls?

 

It would, but it would be on the back burner for a long time. Low priority atm.

Even with a great price it may never pay off. If you’re looking to keep it climate controlled then foam can’t be beat but if you just want to heat or cool it every once in awhile while you’re working in there you could never justify the price, not just foam, any insulation at all

My son got invited by his best friend from class to go to a place called RPM in Stamford last night, to go play some arcade games and do some go karts.

Obviously his friend's dad did it with some friends he brought, so I had to join in on the fun.

Got 3rd based on lap times. Not bad... not bad.

 

Give me a shout next time you're down here! Been here for 8 years and haven't made it to RPM yet though
