    Good evening CT.
Got a multi-meter and looked at my fuse box. The relays are getting connected together when the ground is hooked up. I disconnect it (the ground) and I don't have the issue.
I'm going to bring the fuse box to work tomorrow and hook it up to a battery and see if the problem is still there. Maybe with the relay receiving power and ground, the issue will fix itself?

Having a cup of coffee and looking at a relay diagram now, trying to figure this out.

Figured it out. I removed all of the wiring from the back of the fuse box. I wired in two relays and two fuses and checked continuity between the two wires that go to the switches.
I no longer have continuity between switches like I had before. I basically switched a couple of wires around and now it works.

I look forward to getting to do some touch up paitning on all of my surface rusty frame welds on a 4 year old truck. What a shame but at least the areas are accessible. Starting this fall I will be giving it the fluid film/woolwax treatment for winter.

Woolwax and fluid film are amazing. Ff is great because it creeps easier, ww because its super thick and more resistant to road spray. My recommendation would be to do ff first, let it creep on a streak of warm weather, and follow with ww. Both non toxic, derivative of lanolin from sheep wool. Ff has more of a stench but better than holes in your frame or rockers.

That is the plan for the fall. I have a friend who fluid film my wifes rav4 years ago but he is not always reliable for when you want to get it done, so I need to buy materials myself this year, and something to spray them with. I only have a small pancake compressor for my nail gun, I will need to get something much bigger. I believe he uses an airless paint sprayer for the application, but Ill have to figure something else out
