Shiiit, how old is she? Hope today is a better day.

 

She is 2 1/2. Thanks man.

 

Ours are close in age, mine turned 2 last month. Holler if you need anything, can only imagine the stress level that brought.

 

And as the person who often has to do the stitching, I hate seeing kids this age haha. I’m sure she did great and it will all be forgotten soon!

 

She was a hit at the hospital, and had a great time to be honest. Was very comfortable, loved the doctors, and loved the attention from firefighters and police doing a walk thru of the facility.

The doctors were amazing too. Can’t speak highly enough of the care, and attention they gave her. On her way out, she told them bye, see you soon! (I hope thats not going to happen).

I think I was way more traumatized than her. First time any of my kids had an emergency. Lucky to have my wife who remained calm throughout, and kept me somewhat balanced (or as close to balanced as could be given the circumstances). She is the family’s rock. We would truly be lost without her.

 

Children’s ER or general ER? As a general ER, I struggle with kids because we just don’t see them a ton. I love seeing them and taking care of them, it’s just low exposure. I always feels for families, it’s definitely harder on them compared to the kiddo. I also hope you don’t have to see them again! Haha

 

Our local pediatric ER was closed, so took her to UConn Health. They did my hernia surgery and another procedure for me. Very happy with them.

 

Saw something while scrolling here on TW that just reminded me...

While we were in FL for the week of 4th of July visiting family, saw 2 or 3 cyber trucks in person.

Had never seen one in person until then.

They're FUGLY!

 

Haha, saw one here locally a couple weeks ago, and one on the way back to Miami airport from Key West. Those things are ugly af.

Are you taking Tumeric every day?

 

Took it for about a month and a half. No change. My back doesn't hurt every day. It's rare when it does. I think that sitting to long aggravates it.
I do have all over body pain most days which I think is Rheumatoid arthritis.
