    No - it means he has to host events, your 'problem' means you travel to fix stuff. I'm not a fan of everyone descending at once.

    house prices rise & fall, taxes only go up.
    Buy the worst house in the best area. you need to have a solid shell right away. Everything else, you'll get to it in good time. When you're done with the house it'll be worth more than something in an affordable area. IMO.

    Set the tire rotate maintenance reminder on the truck. Trying to get more mileage out of these than the BFG's.

    They are a tiny bit noisier but the ride is smoother going to a lower load rating.
