Back when I still had a phonograph I was fingering through the record store racks and saw HELL AWAITS Never heard of Slayer but I bought that album just because of the cover art .

 

I think Reign in Blood was the first tape of theirs I bought then I got Live Undead (I think I have that on vinyl) and when South Of Heaven came out I went to the store and got that right away.

 

Quite a few years ago I knew an antique dealer who had a Regina Phone



Similar concept to a phonograph but played copper discs with holes punched in them. Sounded much like plucking a harpsichord

I have two nice tan leather couches that apparently need to be replaced.
Great condition, no tears or stains etc.

Happy Friday all....the busyness never ends. However, yesterday I was gifted something pretty sweet! My FIL got me a nice diesel heater for the truck! Been helping a lot over the house etc. Was a small token of gratitude. I am however excited!!!



This kind of changes the RTT setup - in a good way I believe. I would rather plumb heat into a $300-$400 annex rather than a $2000+ tent. Plus the annex is completely enclosed, including the floor. Allows me to bring the dog places without having to worry about him in the car, a separate tent, or lifting and /or carrying him into the rrt. Original plan was a clamshell tent. However, I think the pop up or fold open style could be more beneficial.

 

Looks good. I can't seem to go a week without mine getting covered in mud since I've dug out my bicycle. Dirt parking lots, wide tires, makes for a muddy truck.
But muddy is a trucks natural state IMO. :-D

 

I see a line of people waiting their turn to drown their car & collect the insurance money. I suppose that says something about me.

 

I've mentioned my neighbor keeps flooding my yard. Well I pitched a fit with him after the last big blowout & he had 'his guy' build a cynder block curb, but only over 1/2 of the troublesome area. So in all this flooding - another blow out of the hillside, but really considering all the rain it's pretty good. Hopefully I can get him to have 'his guy' finish the job.
