I saw those as well and then on my brief drive today I noticed multiple vehicles that shouldn’t be on it so wanted to make sure it’s still followed and enforced. I’ll take 91 and then get off onto backroads. Thanks again!

LED interior, license plate, and fog lights. More to come.
NY has similar rules. I'd call them stupid except they keep tall trucks from hitting overpasses.

Seen anything and everything on the Parkway over the years.
Back in the day they used to break balls with pickups.
    Combo plates were always shaky.

    Happy Labor Day weekend .

I’m house, dog, cat and chicken sitting at Sis and BILs place for the week.
Black Hog is nearby. That’s not a bad thing, right?

so many times i've seen a tractor trailer stopped in the right lane of 'The hutch' just southbound of I287. At least you can exit & enter your way around the low bridges on The Hutch all the way until the 2nd Scarsdale/Weaver Street exit. That's where it gets harder to step around the bridges.

I've seen a tractor trailer close to Sikorsky. He was stopped. Probably looking for a spot to turn around/get off.

Went to the Goshen fair with the wife and kiddos. Had an awesome time.

My wife convinced me to take a try at axe throwing. Pay 10 bucks for 10 throws, and if you get two bullseyes you win a gift certificate worth 90 dollars to the Litchfield County Axe House. Nailed three bullseyes.

Good evening/morning. Took a nap earlier so now I'm up. Ordered some of the last cables I needed for my desk cable management, should be here Tuesday.
I just need to order one or two cable channels and then I'm done.

I did not try and remove the drum today. I'll do that one day after work this week.

Ah yes, a Massachusetts tradition. Especially Labor Day weekend when parents move their kids back to school.

There was a railroad bridge over the street I grew up on. The amount of box trucks that hit that thing.

Best one was a box truck that was stolen. Speed limit is 25, he must have been doing 50. Ripped the top off and kept driving. They found the truck a couple miles away.

Yes and some people just blindly follow their gps without taking parkway restrictions into account. The gps does not know you are in a box truck.

My Google maps has route options, avoid ferries, highways, tolls. Nothing about avoiding parkways.

I know that some commercial drivers use a truck specific map app. I'd guess that most of the problems are amateurs in rentals
