What really needs to be noted is he only paid 3.49 + tax for that amazing combo. Love costco.

 

My favorite is Modern. Was spoiled going to college in New Haven.

Despite my soft spot for Chicago and the occasional indulgence in deep dish, my aim here, and most of the time, is to hopefully induce some cringe.

 

OK, back from the ortho appointment today for my "2nd opinion".

The doc I saw is referring to me to the "pain specialist" in their practice. I explained everything to him, and showed him the MRI I had done. Said since it looks like it keeps happening, that I've done some PT and still happened again, been doing/going through this for so long, and that when I had oral steroids it helped with the pain that the next step would be to do injections in specific areas and go through this in more methodical way/process to rule out what it can be and hopefully find the right "spot" where the issue is.

Said it could be the SI joint, but it could also be another joint. He said the name, but it was something weird that I've never heard of before and can't remember the name. Said it could also be a nerve. So he said that they could start with the injection in one spot, see how it goes and go from there. Said that normally he would do the PT and steroids route but since I've done all of that, this would be the next step and he's going to recommend that.

So now I have to wait for a call from that doctor's secretary so I can make an appointment to go in, be seem by that guy and possibly start that.
