    Good luck in the hunt. It took me a year & several offers to finally end up closing the deal. In hindsight I think the right house just wasn't ready for me yet, needed that little extra year to get all the stars aligned. Was frustrating, but in the end it all works out & you learn something with each house.

    You know the old saying that H.R. is the last to go?
    I got the word today, I need to either 1/2 my hours or let myself go.
    It's been a long time on the horizon. I just feel relief. Some sadness, but a ton of stress/worry - gone! :)

    Got back my old 2nd job with Brown in September, so I'll be alright if lean. happy to be done with the 15 hour work days for sure. (until I pick up something else - LOL)

    Here's to new beginnings!

    Definitely wise to purge debt anyway especially if house shopping. My advice is don't sweat the rates..do what you can, but better to get into something sooner than later in that aspect of the hunt.
