    happy hump day all. 2 questions:

    anyone interested in a little meet up? thinking one of the local breweries could be fun. nothing crazy but could be a nice thing to just kick off the new year (1 month in i know lol)

    anyone here (or in the NE thread) ever do or plan on doing "The Pilgrimage" up in Vermont this year? Its up at Henderson's Hideaway Campground Oct 2-5

    Not Toyota related, but finally got around to installing the hitch I got my wife for her Outback this Christmas. Saved 500 bucks doing it myself.

    Opted for OEM due to a number of reasons including clearance, cleaner look, and the ease of wiring with the included harness. Hardest part was cutting the bumper fascia but I think it came out pretty good. Might do a touch up with sandpaper and a block to even up one side that looks “meh”, but luckily it’s underneath and hard to see. Took a couple hours with an exacto knife…

    Ended up doing it this week as she was away for work for three days, and this gave me ample time to ensure a clean cut, which I did with the whole bumper in my living room the other night.

    Also took her car to the carwash and detailed the inside. Now I need to get her a hitch basket.
