    Changed all drain plugs to Dimple Magnetic plugs UNI filter on air pump
    Another day of recovery. Things are improving faster then expected so I should be out and about this weekend.
    The wife asked me why I didn' wait till warmer weather to have this operation , I gave her the look and said" I didn' want to miss any Tacoma and motorcycle functions recovering in the summer.
    Deer in the headlights look but she sort of understands.
    36 years married and she sort of gets it.
    Drive on.

    Anyone see the safety recall for driveshaft universal joints? At first I just pushed it aside because I already paid out of pocket for this problem in 2016. I gave it a second look sifting paperwork into my file cabinet last week and saw they have a reimbursement option if you already had the work done. So I hunted down my invoice for the ujoint replacement and a copy of the bank statement with the cost and mailed it in.

    Wish me luck! I’m sure they might deny it because my paperwork looked shady as fuck cobbled together 2 years after the fact. Hand written notes and what not. But best case scenario I might get a check for $260 out of it! :fingerscrossed:
