I've thinking about those as well after I hear a date on my build. Between the TRD 4Runner wheels and the Fn Wheels that some people have. Then some sort of tires, haven't decided on specifics. I'll Sell my stock TRD OR wheels and tires to help offset the cost

 

was anybody on here driving rt8 north in the Waterbury area around 2pm today

 

I was looking to do the same exact thing. My only problem is that 265/70/17 has rubbing even tho most say its fine and very minimal. Also 265/65/17 only comes E rating with I don't want. I am not even sure the 265/65/17 will fit on those wheels. Im in a bit of a situation. I really want to do the 70/17 with the Pro black rims, just worrying about the rubbing.

 

How much did they run you if you don't mind me asking

 

Same here. Have read about people that said no rubbing, and others that say rubbing. Have no clue what to do/think.

 

IIRC, Just under 12 for 5. That's OTD after taxes and that was last Summer.

Hey guys, I would do the spray before the end of summer around late August. Before you get here I would power wash the undercarriage thoroughly. Doing the FF before the snow falls allows some dust to build up and help keep the FF in place.

I'll throw out a couple weekend date options in a few weeks and we can put it on the calendar.

Not me. Mine is black as well but I don't go up that way. I come down toward Danbury in the A.M. and then back up the other way in the P.M.

I have been looking for you on the other side of the highway in the afternoon when I head home though, but I don't think I've seen you. probably because of timing. I get out of work at 5 and head up right after.

hey so did this black taco u saw have like that kinda basket style roof rack and a lift with black wheels cause I've seen that one on 84 west bound several times in like the bristol area

Saw a wrecked 1st gen being loaded on a flatbed this morning on the Merritt around the Trumbull/Fairfield line.
White reg cab with a rollbar. Hope they're ok and it's nobody here.
