I have yard on deck for today.

 

Steaming back from Portland Maine to NYC so I can get home by Wednesday. Hope everyone else got to enjoy the holiday.

At least the swamp had shade trees.

nice stripes man, I'm a bit of a lawncare fanatic myself lol, what kind of mower you got?

 

My grass is all sorts of fucked up. That first heat wave we got way back when, and it didn't rain for a few days, left me with a bunch of dead spots. Especially by the house where the sun really hits.

My mower is the one my buddy used to have when we were cutting lawns together. He used the riding mower, I used the walk behind. When he upgraded the walk behind to a 52" Exmark Turf Tracer, I bought the "old" machine off him. It's a Lesco (made by John Deere but this was the old commercial mower division of theirs) 48" hydraulic commercial mower. I got used to using it, so I bought it when he wanted to get rid of it.
