Depends on your situation, but at one of my jobs I've got reasonable bosses. Twice I've gone in & said I need help. The #'s were there to back me up & help, well it helped. Later the two of us went in to ask for help - & got it. Maybe the job has simply outgrown the two of you doing it? Certainly help, another coworker, will not be given unless asked for. Would your co-worker back you up on it? Maybe when they get back the two of you go in unified & say we need a third or at least cover-person? My bosses were just waiting as long as I would put up with it.

Having a plan & actionable goals, hope, helps me get thru the tough stuff.

It’s a pretty area but not much for trails. That picture I had was when the water was really low in the colebrook resorvoir and provided an opportunity to drive down and see an old bridge that is usually below the waterline. If you we’re to go right now, it’s a pretty drive but unfortunately no opportunities for wheeling that I am aware of. Let me know if you head up, I’m fairly close to there.

Keep seeing black caps for Tundra's lately. Seems like caps come in waves, right now is the Tundra wave.

 

Today I decided to try and swap the leds in the 4x4 switch. Definitely a challenging job. I believe I got it all taken care of. Need to do a little wiring to test it, fingers crossed. Assuming everything is in order, full write up to follow.

Passenger side near where the wiper blade sits
2" long .
Looks like a rock strike and the colder temps took there toll.
So it looks like a new windshield in the future. Hope i can make it to spring..
