Morning everyone. Happy Monday. Slept in a bit, until the kids woke up.

Already got a few things crossed off the "honey can do list" for the Mrs. At least all of today's are done. Already knocked off a few for the week as well.

Kids have been watching Muppets From Space while I get shit done.

In a bit it's off to the in-laws for lunch.

I still think we need name tags, especially with 28 strange faces!

 

I've been rebuilding my old wood windows. The vinyl just don't last 120 years & my glass is still clear in a wavy sort of way.
There's supposed to be heat upstairs? Yeah, I've got to figure that out too.

 

Next time! I met a bunch of people but that could have only been like 1/4 of the people there...

But how is your co-workers day/week going? You both going to be in on Monday to talk about the need for help?

 

Not sure how it's going to be honest. And he'll be out starting Monday until January 2nd. Hopefully his week is just as shitty as mine were when he was out, so he can complain and we can go from there.

 

NUNO is doing the honey do list as to guarentee his special gift for Christmas.

Will his special gift be Mrs. Nuno saying "honey, you don't like your job - why don't you quit & stay home with the kids until youngest goes to 1st grade"?
Cause that would be a really special gift at this point. Better than what you meant. LOL.

 

LOL! True that. Loving being a stay at home dad this week. Even the Mrs said it was nice having me stay home and get all sorts of stuff done while she's at work so she doesn't have to try and do it later.

 

An old college roomie did that - stayed home w/ the kids until both were in school full time. Worked well for everyone. There's precedent right there for you....
