Got the Tundra back from the shop. One of the tasks - mount summer tires so the nubbies can come over to the Taco.
It's @Cativelense fault. Found me these 2018 Taco TRD takeoffs here on TW. Rims match the Tundra color very well.

yes, wheel well is a bit empty - but I just don't care. Tunny doesn't need to be pretty, just work & work hard.

Weather cleared so I got the Moto Guzzi out and went for a nice ride. Temp was about 73 deg in central Ct.
Off to Danbury for breakfast with the motorcycle group.

Didn't find anything under the carpet except for dirt. I still need to remove the shifter assembly to better clean underneath it.

I haven't removed the flares yet.

Back in CT after I had to cut my trip short because of the lousy mattress at the hotel, back is killing me.

 

I know how to do the CMC, but not the leveling kit.
However I am not comfortable cutting up and bashing someone else's truck, I can only watch.
It seems everyone does it a little different and depending on tire and wheel size along with spacers if any, you may need to bash parts of your wheelwell in.
Valley truck and off-road in Ellington can probably do it all but the wait will be long considering those guys have a lot of work going on.
You can also post in other places on TW and see if anyone wants to do it.

 

Woke up Sat w/ throat on fire & fever. Chugging vitamin C & 'resting' this weekend. What a waste of a great weekend.
Seems to be working though - feel back to my usual 80% ;-)
