You should be able to remove all the glue without an issue, I got all the glue off right away when I debased mine. Try using your thumb to peel it away while applying an adhesive remover and it should come right off. I'll check what I used and let you know but I think it was goo gone

 

Used the goo gone stuff, but in a tiny spot or two there's a small trace left. I scrubbed and scrubbed, but all good. It'll come off one way or another. Can't really tell unless you stare at it from a weird angle anyway.

 

Just got my ultragauge @Cativelense, did you do any of the programming bs in the instructions or just plug it in and it worked?

Edit: got it working but my Trans temp is showing am error code, did you have to do anything special to get yours to work?

 

I didn't have to do anything... just plugged it in and it worked. Maybe something wrong with the code/programming for the trans temp?!

Tomorrow I'll take a pic of what my programming code screen looks like and post it up, so you can match it up with what yours has. Hopefully that will fix it!

 

I ended up getting it to work, had to reprogram the trans temp, probably should have read directions first lol, thanks for the help tho!

I put it in the corner of the dash with the velcro and an aluminum mount I made myself, might move it later but for now it seems like a pretty good spot for me

Basically. They make a high temp one, so that's what I used.

 

Do any of you guys have kb voodoo steel bed side rail caps? I have them and also a set of his high rise bars that go with them. If you have the caps and want my high rise bars you can have them. Just come and get them. I'm in Manchester. These may work with stock ride rail caps with some modifications
